Just time for a short update. It’s been a while since I last posted, and in that time lots has changed. I want to thank all my friends who have offered help and support – it’s made all the difference, and I’m very grateful for that.
I’m happier now than I’ve been in a long time. My training has come together nicely – I’m feeling really excited about how things are going at the moment. The change of situation has given me the perfect opportunity to take stock and have a good look at my current skill set, what can be improved and how best to go about it. I’m lucky enough to have some great coaches working with me, and I’m looking forward to seeing what I’m capable of.
It’s going to be an insanely busy year (also the final year of my osteopathy degree), but I’m doing exactly what I want to be doing, so it doesn’t feel like work.
All I need now is a fight….
Hey Rosi
– good luck with training and finding that next fight.
I remember doing a 24 hour throw-athon with you and 4 others back at Cambridge; I reckon if you can go through that a busy year doing the things you love shouldn’t be too hard

“All I need now is a fight….”
I hear that Strikeforce might be having a women’s 135 and 145lb grand prix. Any chance of you being in it?
Unfortunately I’m way too small to be fighting at 135 – I’m not a large 125er, and should probably be fighting at 115. Keep your fingers crossed for Bellator’s next season, though
do you wanna fight in novmeber in philadelphia pa
