I have treated people from many different backgrounds, ranging from elite athletes to office workers. Treatment is tailored to your individual requirements, whether you compete at an international level, play a bit of squash at the weekends, or simply want to be able to walk upstairs and go shopping without it causing pain.
I have a particular interest in working with martial artists and combat sports athletes. From my own background in MMA, I believe I have a unique perspective to offer, and this is appreciated by the professional fighters I have worked with.

Hi Rosi
Have you had any experience of rehab for fractures to the ankle. I fractured my tibia above the ankle on 4th April. I have received physio once a fortnight since the beginning of July. I have reduced flexibility and stiffness at front of foot. I stretch the ankle using calf stretching variatons and ice afterwards.
Can you estimate how long it takes to recover from such and injury as i’m eager to begin mma training.
Thanks
Marcus
Hi Marcus
Thanks for the message. Unfortunately, it’s not really possible for me to give advice about your specific injury over the internet – these things can be quite variable! Your physio is probably in the best position to offer an opinion. It sounds like you’re doing all the right things, though – and I wish you all the best with the recovery and your MMA training
